How do I setup my print for my risk assessment in OHS Online?
Okay, basically, there are two parts to setting up your risk assessment print, following which, you can print your risk assessment. We are going to print our risk assessment off for approval and signing, which means we will be selecting all the options in the print setup. Now, let's look at the two setup options and how they work:
The 'Report To Print' option allows the main task inventory and risk assessment details of your risk assessment to be selected. When you click on the drop-down field, you will see the drop-down list offers you two options. You may choose either one or both. If you are printing the full risk assessment you will select both to be printed:
The 'Document To Print' option allows the supporting documentation of your risk assessment to be selected. This includes details such as the description of the risk methodology used to analyse and quantify your risk assessment. The drop-down field works in the same way but offers three options instead of two. You may choose them individually or all of them together. If you are printing the full risk assessment you will select all of them to be printed.
Click on an option in the drop-down to select it. Once it is selected, it will show in the main field to confirm your selection. Since we are printing the whole risk assessment, we will select all the settings:
