What is an Action Request Report?

A health and safety Action Request (AR) report is a document describing all the health and safety findings which have been identified in your business. Think of it as a road-map, another guide to helping you fix and improve your health and safety compliance.

The document is dynamic in nature. Initially, it shows findings identified in the audit. As findings are fixed these are removed from the report. In the same way, when inspections identify further findings or an incident takes place in the business, new findings are added to the report.
