As an OHS Online user, if an Injury on Duty (IOD) occurs in my workplace and I put a claim into the Compensation Commissioner, how does my reimbursement work?

Good question! Reimbursement claims by the Compensation Commissioner, work in the following manner:

1/. Where an employee is off duty for three (3) days or less, there will be no re-reimbursement due to the company for earnings paid during this time off
2/. Where an employee is off duty for four (4) days or more, reimbursement due to the company for earnings paid during this time off, will be paid where the company is in good standing with the Compensation Commissioner. In these cases, the Compensation Commissioner will reimburse at a rate of 75% of earnings.
