As an OHS Online user, what are the mandatory legal appointments which I need to have in place?
A great question! By definition, the OHS Act and its Regulations, require a number of legal appointments to be made in health and safety, which are considered mandatory. Most of these appointments are general appointments required in health and safety, while the GMR (2)(1) is applicable to specific work environments where machinery would be used.
