Yep! The Contractor Confirmation section again. This is a very important section because it is where the Permit Requester (PR) confirms that all the required safety precautions, relating to cold work, are in place and confirms this formally. It is also important because the Permit Issuer (PI) also confirms formally that he agrees with the actions taken by the PR and that, in respect of cold work, the work required can begin.
