How do I print the Permit to Work (PTW) in full in the Work Permit tab of the PTW, in OHS Online?
No problem! In order to print the PTW in full, we need to select the Print PTW in full option from the print function set-up. When this option is selected, the following print aspect is displayed:
When this print option is selected, click on the PRINT button and the following tabs of the PTW will be printed as a PDF file which can then be printed to hard-copy. The PTW will be printed in the following order; the mandatory tabs first and then the specific activity tabs:
1. Work Permit (sections 1&2)
2. Risk Assessment (section 3)
3. PPE (section 4)
4. Environmental (section 5)
5. Induction (sections 13)
6. Approve (sections 15&16)
7. Hot Work (section 6)
8. Eqmt Isolation (section 7)
9. WAH (section 8)
10. Excavation (section 9)
11. Confined (section 10)
12. Asbestos (sections 11)
13. Cold Work (sections 12)
