So, how do I add a task to my risk assessment in OHS Online?
You've created the initial risk assessment template but now you need to add the task data to it, to give it meaning. This is the next step in creating your risk assessment and you should be on the Risk Assessment Register page. Click on the risk assessment entry which now appears in your Register. It will open as follows:
It is at this point where you will use all the information you've gathered on the tasks you perform in your workplace.
You will now see two task function buttons, one green and one red. The green button allows you to add an existing task from our library of tasks. The red button allows you to create a new task which is not currently available in our library of tasks. Select the relevant button to add a task to your risk assessment.
