In OHS Online, how does the Work Environment section work in the EQMT (Equipment) Isolation tab, when both electrical and machinery isolation needs to be done?
That's a great question! Let's see how things work when both isolation aspects are involved. When the Both option is checked, the tab opens up both the electrical and the machinery isolation aspects, displaying both of these in the work environment section. The electrical aspects are displayed first, followed by the machinery aspects.
Each isolation aspect works in exactly the same as they do for the individual isolation. The Permit Issuer and Permit Requester work together to determine which hazards are relevant and which are not. Those which are, are selected and checked as YES. Those which aren't, are checked as NO:
