No problem, accidents happen! Don't stress, OHS Online provides you with an easy solution to help you fix this problem. Simply locate the contractor in the vetting queue in your Contractor Approval page:
Click on the red cross, to the right of the file name of the file you uploaded. This will remove the uploaded file from the contractor, allowing you to upload a new file.
