What do I need to do the risk assessment myself in SafetyWallet?

Before we run through the actual process of doing the risk assessment on the system, let's just take a moment and check we have all the things we need in place:

1/. Task Evaluation: Has a physical examination been of your workplace been made and have you identified all the tasks in your business and evaluated what these tasks involve in order to determine the hazards associated with them? 

2/. Risk Assessment Methodology: Have you reviewed our risk assessment methodology for conducting risk assessments on OHS Online?
