Can you explain in more detail, "Stage 2: Completion of the specific activity tabs" of the Permit to Work (PTW) system, in OHS Online?

Absolutely! Stage 2 refers to the next seven tabs of the PTW system, which are all optional in nature and only and need to be completed in the PTW, when the type of work the tab covers, is included in the work to be done by the contractor:

1. Hot Work Tab: Where hot work applies in the work to be done, the Permit Issuer (PI) works with the Permit Requester (PR) to complete the Hot Work tab.
2. EQMT Isolation Tab: Where equipment needs to be isolated in the work to be done, the PI works with the PR to complete the isolation tab. Where necessary, responsible persons for equipment being isolated should be involved and relevant tags printed, ready for use.
3. WAH Tab: Where height work applies in the work to be done, the PI works with the PR to complete the WAH tab.
4. Excavation Tab: Where excavation work applies in the work to be done, the PI works with the PR to complete the excavation tab.
5. Confined Tab: Where the need for entry into confined spaces applies in the work to be done, the PI works with the PR to complete the Confined tab.
6. Asbestos Tab: Where asbestos work applies in the work to be done, the PI works with the PR to complete the Asbestos tab.
7. Cold Work Tab: Where cold work applies in the work to be done, the PI works with the PR to complete the Cold Work tab.
