In OHS Online, can more than one specific activity tab be selected for a Permit to Work (PTW) in the Work Permit?

That's a very good question to ask and an important one too! The answer is; yes, it can! Let's use an example to show you this more clearly:

Example: The main work aspect of a contractor's job involves hot work. However, the hot work needs to be conducted inside a tank, which is located at a high point in the client's facility. Based on this information, we know the job involves hot work, height work and confined space entry work. This means the following specific activity PTW tabs will need to be selected in the client specifications:

1. Hot Work tab - this needs to be selected to identify the hazards associated with the hot work aspect of the work and to put into place the relevant precautionary measures (the section 6 option would need to be chosen).
2. WAH tab - this needs to be selected to identify the hazards associated with the height work aspect of the work and to put into place the relevant precautionary measures (one or both of the section 8 options would need to be chosen).
3. Confined tab - this needs to be selected to identify the hazards associated with the confined space entry work aspect of the work and to put into place the relevant precautionary measures (the section 10 option would need to be chosen).
