When registering with the Compensation Commissioner, you will be required to provide all prescribed particulars about your business, as well as any further particulars, which the Compensation Commissioner may request. An important aspect which needs to be included, is the nature of your business. This is used to determine the industry your business falls into and from there, which assessment tariff will apply to you.
