Submitting Assessments to the Compensation Commissioner

Another good question! Your assessment is also called your Return of Earnings (ROE). Your Return of Earnings must be submitted to the Compensation Commissioner every year, in March. This submission includes your earnings paid during the previous year, from March to February.

The submission of your Return of Earnings is very important and must always be submitted on time as late submissions will be penalised and incur a penalty.
