In OHS Online, I see all the W.Cl. forms make reference to a Claim Number. What’s this and where do I get this number?
An important question! The Claim Number is a unique number which is given to your particular IOD. It is determined and given to you by the Compensation Commissioner. Once you get the number from the Compensation Commissioner, make sure ALL documentation relating to that particular claim, has the unique claim number included on it, so it can be referenced to that particular claim.
Initially, the documents you submit to the Compensation Commissioner, may not have the number because it hasn't been generated yet. However, once you get the number from the Compensation Commissioner, make sure you update these documents with the number!
