I made some findings during an inspection. As an OHS Online user, how do I view these findings in the inspection checklist?
Yep, good question! If you open the inspection checklist in question and look at the questions, you will be able to see the finding there. If you look in the Details field of the questions and a View button is displayed, you will know that a finding has been made against the question. You will also notice that there is an AR number included in the button description. This number is the number of the finding, which you can find in your Action Request (AR) report, under this number:
Clicking on the View button, opens details about the finding. Here, you can see how the finding is linked to the inspection checklist, you can see the actual details about the finding and you can see how the finding is weighted and links back to your audit questions:
