That's a good question! Let's explain this in more detail then! The P&ID is the Piping and Instrumentation Drawing. This is a schematic of the full system, of which the isolation forms a part of. It provides a bigger picture of everything, allowing the isolation within the system to be performed safely and also ensuring that the rest of the system remains intact ad safe while the isolation is in effect. The P&ID can be found in the Precautionary Safety Measures section of the equipment isolation section of the Eqmt Isolation tab:

When the UPLOAD button is clicked on, the PTW opens a new window, allowing a file to be searched for and uploaded. Once uploaded, the filename can be clicked on to view the file.
